Are these products for human use?
No. Every product is sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research use only. They are not for human or veterinary consumption.
How fast do you ship?
In-stock items ship from our own shelf as soon as your order is processed. Extended dispatch items are brought in on our next supplier shipment and go out as soon as they reach us. Either way you get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves, and the whole order ships together.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment runs through Stripe's secure checkout: cards and, depending on your country, local methods such as iDEAL. We also accept cryptocurrency at checkout. We never see your card details.
Do you ship discreetly?
Yes. All parcels are sent in plain, discreet, tracked packaging.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You get a tracking link by email once your parcel ships, and you can check your order status on the Track your order page.
What is your return policy?
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Once a vial's seal is broken it cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons. If a parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will replace or refund it - see the Shipping & returns page for the full policy.
Why am I asked to verify my identity when paying?
Occasionally your bank asks you to confirm a card payment with 3-D Secure - a quick approval in your banking app or with a code. That check comes from your bank, not from us, and your documents never reach us. Cryptocurrency payments confirm on the blockchain and need no identity check. Stuck at payment? Email
