What the information on this site is, what it is not, and where the responsibility sits.
Product pages, the reconstitution guide, the blog and every other page here are general reference material written for people handling these compounds in a laboratory. None of it is medical, veterinary, legal or professional advice, and none of it should be read as encouraging use in humans or animals. We do not publish amounts to use, and we will not supply one if you ask.
Everything we sell is for in-vitro laboratory research. It is not manufactured, tested, labelled or approved for human or veterinary use. Describing a compound's mechanism is not a claim that it is safe, effective, or appropriate for anything.
Several items in our catalogue are regulated in some countries and not in others, and the rules change. A “research use only” label does not by itself make it lawful for you to buy, import or hold something. Before you order, check what applies where you are. If customs stops a parcel because the contents are not permitted in your country, that is outside our control.
We write our own product descriptions from published literature and keep them current, but scientific understanding moves and mistakes are possible. Where a figure matters, check it against the primary source. If you spot something wrong on this site, tell us at [email protected] and we will correct it.
We are building our batch-testing programme. See our lab reports page for what testing covers and which documentation exists for your batch. A certificate describes the material in that batch; it is not a statement about what the material is suitable for.
We sometimes link to published papers, databases and other external pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say.
