These terms apply to every order placed on pepsup.eu. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.

All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only. They are not medicines, supplements, food or cosmetics, and are not for human or veterinary use. By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal age where you live and that you will use and store the material accordingly. The full wording is on our research-use-only terms page.
Prices are in euro and are what you pay for the goods. Shipping is calculated at checkout for your destination and shown before you pay; it is free over €150. Any discount code is applied to the goods, not to shipping. The total on the final checkout screen is the total that will be charged.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Payment is taken by Stripe at that moment, but the contract only comes into being when we confirm your order by email. If we cannot accept the order — the item is unavailable, the address cannot be served by our carrier, or we believe the law of your country prohibits the sale, import or receipt of an item — we will tell you and refund the full amount, including delivery, within 14 days, to the payment method you used.
Delivery times are on the shipping & returns page. If you are a consumer, the goods remain at our risk until they are physically in your hands; a parcel that is lost or damaged on the way is our problem to solve, not yours.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, with one exception for vials whose seal has been broken, and a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years on faulty goods. Both are set out in full on the shipping & returns page.
Email [email protected] with your order number. We aim to reply within two working days and to resolve any complaint within 14 days. If you live in the EU and we cannot reach an agreement, your national European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) can help with a cross-border purchase.
Dutch law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-law rules of the country where you habitually live — those continue to apply in full.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
