Ipamorelin is a selective ghrelin receptor agonist, and selectivity is the entire reason it is used. Earlier growth hormone secretagogues such as GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 also raise cortisol and prolactin, which makes any downstream measurement hard to attribute.

Ipamorelin shows minimal effect on either, so the readout stays attributable to the growth hormone axis alone. It is a pentapeptide, short enough to be stable and straightforward to handle.

Supplied lyophilised per vial. Store sealed at -20 C, reconstitute with bacteriostatic water, refrigerate the working solution and keep it dark.
