Sermorelin is the 1-29 fragment of GHRH, the shortest sequence that retains full activity at the GHRH receptor. That minimalism is why it became the reference GHRH analogue, and also why tesamorelin exists: the unmodified fragment is cleaved rapidly by DPP-4, so comparing the two isolates the effect of that stabilisation.
Like all GHRH analogues it works through the body's own release mechanism and preserves the pulsatile pattern, unlike direct administration of HGH. Supplied lyophilised per vial.
Store sealed at -20 C, reconstitute with bacteriostatic water, refrigerate the working solution and keep it out of light. Commonly paired with ipamorelin or studied against CJC-1295 no-DAC.
