CJC-1295 without DAC is the modified GHRH analogue lacking the drug affinity complex, and the difference from the DAC version is entirely about duration. With DAC the molecule binds albumin and persists for days, producing a sustained elevation; without it, the half-life is measured in minutes to hours and the natural pulsatile release pattern is preserved.
Since pulsatility itself is thought to matter in growth hormone signalling, choosing between the two forms is a genuine study design decision rather than a convenience. Supplied lyophilised per vial.
Store sealed at -20 C, reconstitute with bacteriostatic water, refrigerate and keep dark. Commonly paired with a ghrelin receptor agonist, stocked as CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin.
Related: sermorelin, tesamorelin. See our lab reports.
