Retatrutide adds a third receptor, glucagon, to the GIP and GLP-1 activity of earlier incretin compounds, which makes it the most pharmacologically complex molecule in this class currently available for research. The glucagon arm introduces an energy-expenditure pathway absent from dual agonists, so protocols that treat it simply as a stronger tirzepatide tend to miss the mechanism entirely.
Supplied as a lyophilised powder per vial, sealed and vacuum-stoppered. Store at -20 C until use, reconstitute with bacteriostatic water, and hold the reconstituted solution at 2-8 C protected from light.
Reconstituted stability is shorter than the lyophilised form, so plan the working period before you mix. Most comparative work runs it against tirzepatide and semaglutide.
Also available as the Retatrutide Complete Kit with water, syringes and pads included. Purity data on our lab reports page.
