Tirzepatide combines GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonism in a single 39-amino-acid backbone, making it the reference compound for dual-incretin work. The two receptor arms are not balanced: affinity at GIP is substantially higher than at GLP-1, and separating those contributions is exactly what most comparative protocols are designed to do.

A C20 fatty diacid chain provides albumin binding and the extended half-life that allows weekly-interval study designs. Supplied lyophilised per vial.

Store sealed at -20 C, reconstitute with bacteriostatic water down the vial wall rather than directly onto the pellet, and refrigerate the reconstituted solution away from light. Do not vortex; peptides of this length are sensitive to shear.

Frequently studied alongside semaglutide as a single-receptor control, or as part of the Tirzepatide Complete Kit. See our lab reports for purity data.

For laboratory research use only.
