SLU-PP-322 is a synthetic ERR agonist rather than a peptide, and that difference is the reason it appears in metabolic research: it acts on estrogen-related receptors inside the cell, driving transcriptional programmes associated with mitochondrial biogenesis and oxidative metabolism. Because the mechanism is nuclear rather than surface-receptor based, effects are measured on the timescale of gene expression rather than signalling.

Supplied as a lyophilised powder per vial. Solubility differs from the peptides in this catalogue, so check your solvent requirements before reconstituting rather than defaulting to water.

Store sealed at -20 C and keep any prepared solution cold and dark. Related exercise-mimetic and metabolic research compounds in stock include AICAR and 5-Amino-1MQ.
